Course Overview
School teaches academics - but what about the skills that truly prepare you for independence? This program fills the gap:
Understanding civil rights and responsibilities
Smart consumer choices and protection from scams
Managing personal finances, budgeting, and credit
Coping with major life events, setbacks, and aging
Building physical, mental, and emotional wellness
Every session is designed to be hands-on, interactive, and practical, giving students tools they can use immediately and for the rest of their lives.
